Do I Have To Do the 5-Day Personal Coaching Bonus?
Absolutely not. However, it's a very valuable learning feature that allows you to experience first-hand what we're teaching in the workshop. The average weight loss from the week's coaching is 3-5 lbs depending on how much weight you have to lose (and how well you follow directions! 🙂)
How Do I Sign Up for the Coaching Bonus?
Once you register for the free workshop, there will be information for a live Zoom orientation on Saturday, February 19th provided on the Thank You page. This is ONLY required if you partake in the coaching bonus. The official workshop starts Monday, February 21st. All the instructions on how to access the nutrition guide, the classes and your trainer will be explained on the orientation call. If you miss the call, the session will be recorded and emailed to all registrants. It's beneficial to attend orientation if at all possible so you may ask any questions you have prior to starting the coaching program.
Do I Have To Workout?
NOPE! If you partake in the coaching bonus, you will have access to try our calorie-crushing classes. However, it is not mandatory by any means. Many participants lose significant amounts of weight just by walking and following the nutrition guide.
What If I Am A Beginner?
Good! That usually means you're more receptive to advice and listen to our instructions! It's hard to teach an old dog new tricks! Seriously, there is no experience necessary for our workshop or the coaching bonus. Our goal is to help guide you from wherever you're starting.
Do I Have To Be Tech-Savvy?
The short answer is no. You will need to have a device to view the nightly workshop calls. IF you partake in the bonus coaching, you will need a smart device that is capable of running an app as that is how you will communicate with your trainer. It's a very user-friendly app and we review exactly how to navigate through it during the orientation meeting.
What If I Miss a Live Call?
All live calls will be recorded and available the next day in case you miss one! However, you will find it to be much more beneficial to attend live as the calls are interactive and open to ask specific questions.
